The HD 45 motor can get moving when they want to and with the basic single loop frame a lot of forces can be put through the cylinders and base flanges during cornering.
These washers spread the load on the base flange to help limit damage.
The factory made this style washer factory fit in the later years for this reason.
Set includes 8 stainless steel 3mm washers enough to retro fit a 45 motor
